Individual treatment planning is like making a customized map for someone who's trying to get better from mental health challenges. 

Psychosocial rehabilitation is designed to improve the lives of people with mental illness by giving them the emotional, cognitive, and social skills needed to live and work in their communities as independently as possible. 

Community Psychiatric Supportive Treatment (CPST) staff provide Client driven support services directed at monitoring, managing, and stabilizing clients’ psychiatric symptoms through outreach, referrals, and linkages to resources.

This includes a series of time-limited, structured, face-to-face sessions that focus on achieving mutually defined therapeutic goals.

In Consultation with Clinical Director the QBHS will assist client with individual and specific needs regarding service planning, care coordination and ongoing development of treatment plan.

A licensed clinician provides time-limited, structured, face-to-face clinical counseling. Telepsychiatry & medication are available in an effort to assist & improve client outcomes
